This wine grows in Missian in the municipality of Eppan. A loamy and calcareous soil provides the vines with sufficient mineral nutrients. A low yield of 5,000 kg of
grapes/ha and three different harvest dates are the reason for its complexity.
A third of the quantity was fermented and matured in barrique barrels, giving the wine its fullness, complexity and longevity. The rest matured in stainless steel barrels, thus preserving its freshness, fragrance and pleasant acidity.
